Because most of our pieces are made-to-order, we don’t usually offer refunds. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we’re happy to work with you to find a fair solution. If you need to return an item, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order. We offer store credit, full refund or an exchange, depending on what works best for you.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide a tracking number.
